Finally got a video of Katy up on youtube. Hope to have more soon. Would like to get one of the trio! This year like all others is flying by! Watched the grammy's Sunday night! Wow, it was a great show. Usually turn it off after 5 0r 10 minutes. This is the first one I've think I have watched in its entirety. Congrats to Adele & Foo Fighters! Sir Paul...um....I love you dude but....think maybe its time to go back into seclusion? Just saying. Add Comment I cannot believe I have not blogged since Oct of 2011! The time flew by so darn fast! Katy, Ty & I had some great end of the year gigs at the Rendezvous...and a GREAT beginning of the year one as well! I have several new dates on the dates page at the Rendezvous and Unkorked so stop by there and give them a look! Hope to see you at one of the gigs this year! Lots of surprises in store! See ya soon! Just wanted to thank everyone for coming out and supporting Katy, Ty & I this year and my music over the last several years. I cannot thank you enough. It is so exciting to see folks that I have not seen in a long time & reconnecting! We are going to try and undergo another transformation, music wise in the next few months so stay tuned! We showed and it was cold..rainy....not so rainy....colder... then rain again...so Jenn at Aggies & I decided to bag playing tonite. I was just worried that we would get drenched at some point and with it being so cold and windy...we'll pass till next time. Which will be Oct 29th! Come on out! B Thought I would never say that! To be honest with you, I did not think we would have a season this year! Week one is gone and I could not tell you the score of one game! ARGH! With the gigs Saturday & Sunday I just did not have the time to watch one game ! Am I loosing interest? Like I lost interest in Hockey? Baseball? Only time will tell. I still have my Kurt Warner & Bulger jersey...will I get a Bradford one? Santa?....I guess the question is will I want one? B What a great weekend! I would like to thank everyone who came out. The Rendezvous was slammed and the the Party afterwards was ....well, my head is still aching! Thanks Todd & Nancy for having us to you awesome diggs! Katy, Ty & I will be at Aggies Friday night, and then Just Katy & I will be at Unkorked Saturday night...just like old times, Ty had a prior commitment so we be there with bells on! I got several emails about my last blog....sorry if I offended anyone...well no I'm not. Again, if you never answer my emails...we talk...EVER...meet up for lunch or get together with the old gang....ARE WE REALLY FRIENDS? That is what I was saying? Not ripping on anyone for playing farmville... LOL no hate intended...just saying go preach/post/game blogg to someone you see on a regular basis and not someone you dig up after 30 years and then never communicate with again. If this offends you ....wel I love Facebook. Its a great way to spend 2 or three hours....getting nothing else done while you're there...Lol. No, seriously I enjoy it. It has changed a lot most recently in its layouts. From time to time I go through and purge people.. I guess I'm bad, but if I knew you 30 years ago and we recconnected that's great. If we still talk from time to time, go out for a drink...very cool. If you friend me and never talk, never hang...I just listen to your opinions, or vote/ approve stuff you toss out there and that's it...sorry. Time for you to move on. We were friends 30 years ago, not so much now. Maybe if they invent ex-friendbook where you can say hi once and put your picture up there and we didn't have to talk.....nah. That wouldn't work either. My time is too valuable. Not that I don't still like you. I do. Just don't want to see endless posts on Farm-ville or whatever you do on there for 12 hours a day. Drop me aline. Lets talk. Meet up, or not. Go over old times. Befriend me. Ignore me.....why? W Just to have you sitting there spewing political views, pictures of kids I'll never meet. Views of some drug addict you listen to 4 hrs a day...no thanks! I can waste time all by myself thank you! Ok, I love technology, I used to be really up on everything new. Now not so much. Just picked a Mac Plus Laptop the other day and I must say WOW! I have had an I Phone for a while and it is the the way to go...anyway, went to sync the iPhone to the mac and ...WHOOSH! All my contacts, number, email addresses...GONE WITH THE WIND! I do now know what i did, won't happen again, BUT, there are a lot of contacts I did not have written down any where, my bad. Soooo I'm going to see how many of my friends actually read this thing. If I have had your email in the past, phone number...whatever, shoot me a email with the info again. And if you are ever getting ready to sync a iPhone to a mac for the first time, call me and I will tell you WHAT NOT TO DO ! SEE YOU AT RENDEZVOUS TOMORROW NIGHT! That's what it was last Saturday night when Katy, Ty & I performed at uncorked. We had several equipment malfunctions...due to the heat,er yeah...the heat but we got it together. Thanks to everyone who came out that I had not seen in a while. Tyler and I will be rocking the rendezvous On the 19th without the songbird, will there be some other musical guests that show up??? We you just have to show up to find out! Katy & new addition TYLER on drums will be performing at UNKORKED wine bar and Cafe Tomorrow night in Wentzville, Mo. from 7-10 pm, Hope to see you there! |
